Loose Moose Games is currently a private playtest. This page summarizes the service’s present data practices and will be replaced with a reviewed privacy policy before public launch.
Information we keep
We store your username, display name, selected profile picture, password-derived credential, account role, invitations, login and session times, table membership, game state, and completed match records needed to operate and improve the games. We do not store your plain-text password.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate players, run multiplayer games, preserve matches, troubleshoot the playtest, and protect the service. Loose Moose Games does not currently sell personal information or run advertising.
Soft-launch requests
During the private playtest, contact the person who invited you for account questions, corrections, or deletion requests. Some completed game records may need to be retained or anonymized to preserve shared match history.
